Dumb Cat on the Attack

Here’s a dumb cat! This is a Grey Tabby on a grey sidewalk, hoping that no mortal enemy (like my dog) will see him or her, before attacking us.

  1. We saw him or her, in spite of flattening himself/herself on the grey sidewalk so we wouldn’t notice him or her.
  2. S/he doesn’t wear a collar.
  3. S/he’s facing the danger and instead of being smart, i.e: running away from the perceived danger.

I’m walking with my dog and no, he’s not attacking any cat but…

I live in a area that’s not far from a major in-city park, Queen Elizabeth Park. There are quite a few Coyotes in this park. Actually there are Coyotes all around Vancouver, BC. I have seen Coyotes walking around in the street during daytime and once we, my dog and I, almost got attacked by a couple of Coyotes looking for a late dinner.

BTW, in my neigbourhood, there are a lot of “Missing Cats” posters.
