This photographer was part of a Chinese tour group that came to Western Canada.

I spoke with the tour guide. It was a tour group that came for photographing the Eagles at the Harrison Flats (in BC, in the beginning of November). Then they were going to tour around the Rockies. Eventually, the group was driving down to Seattle and Los Angeles to fly back to China.

They all had very impressive and up to date photo gear. None of them spoke any English except for the tour guide.

And yes, this is snow on the ground.
