  • If you assign the ISO, film simulation, white balance… to function keys or to the command dial, you will have a live-preview of the particular effect
  • If you press and hold the DISP/BACK button while in shooting mode, it will open the Fn/AE-L/AF-L BUTTON SETTING panel, where you can see the buttons and their assignment. You will also be able to change the assignment.
  • You can add your copyright information to the EXIF data with the SAVE DATA SET-UP > COPYRIGHT INFO.
  • You can change the default file name from DSCFxxxx to whatever you want (only 4 characters) with the SAVE DATA SET-UP> EDIT FILE NAME.
  • You can expand the exposure compensation from ±3 to ±5 by setting the exposure compensation dial to C. Then you can get the expanded range with the command dial.
