Old English Sheepdog Waiting Patiently
This female photographer (Ursula) is hand holding a Sigma 50-500 at 500mm. It’s very impressive. Yes, there is some kind of stabilization built into the lens, but Sigma has never been known for making outstanding lens stabilization. The other thing is that the Sigma 50-500 is a very economical/budget lens with a 10x magnification. At the time, it was impressive and one of the best buy…
Notice how good Farley, her Old English Sheepdog, is. He waits and he waits very patiently, while she takes photos of the snowy owls that have migrated from the arctic to our area.
- Ursula is a very brave person. Going to photograph birds with her dog!
- Even more amazing how Farley, the Old English Sheep Dog doesn’t care about the people or the birds and doesn’t start running after them. My dog would try to be all over the place.
Camera: Canon 7D ISO 400 and 1/320
Lens: Sigma 120-400 @273mm and f/9
