Max, the Mean Dog: Vancouver, BC

I know Max. We live a block away from each other. We cross each other’s path at least 4 times a week. He knows me. He knows my dog: Dodoïte (pronounced: Dodo ïte) https://www.sritch.com/tag/dodoite.html. I pet him fairly often…

And still each time we walk by, if he’s in the house, he barks at us from the living room window and he’s ready to kill us. But when we meet on the street, not a peep…

Now that we meet on the street, notice how he avoids looking at us, like he’s ashamed of his behaviour…
