Grinning for the Camera: Vancouver, BC
Not only he’s running back to his owner, but he’s also keep in eye on me and my camera. To me, it looks like he is smiling for the camera.
Most of the smile comes from having the mouth slightly open. That’s the meaning that we, human, give when the mouth is slightly open and the dog is not growling. The real question, does the dog has a concept of smiling?
My dog reads me and knows when I’m smiling or not. Then why wouldn’t a dog be able to smile to show their contentment?
