Frenchie at the Beach: Vancouver, BC

Walter, a French Bulldog, aka a Frenchie, doesn’t need a leash. He never wanders around. He always stays near ‘his people’.

This may be because of his very poor vision. He already had one eye surgery and his vision has somewhat improved. He may need a second surgery but it will be a few more month before they do the next set of eye test.

I wonder what kind of test do they do? 1 biscuit on the top row, then 2 smaller biscuits on the next row… I forgot to ask how they do the eye tests.
