Dodoïte: The Corgi Crazed Look
Years ago, I decided not make people look bad in their photos. This photo is different:
-
This is my dog. My dog’s name is Dodoïte (pronounced: Dodo ïte). He’s a half Basset Hound, half Australian Shepherd, and half Corgi. His history is fairly sketchy and it has changed over time since we got him.
-
My dog has 2 faces. The serious Australian Sheppard and the crazy Corgi look with the big brown eyes when he is either very happy or very worried.
In this case, he is very worried. He just met more people in the last half an hour at The Granville Island Market than he saw in his whole entire life (between 3 to 5 years).
Most dogs are very expressive especially with their ears. Their ears go up, their ears go down, their ears go forward and/or backward. But usually the ears move in sync, not with my Dodoïte. Both ears go in the same direction but not at the same time. Combined with the big Corgi eyes… This is the look.
