This is Bamboo. She’s a 2 years old female.
It’s quite rare to see dogs without a collar in Vancouver. Animal Control, that’s the city, patrols the parks on regular basis and give tickets and/or impound dogs.

And yes, that’s her color! Like I said at the beginning, her name is Bamboo, and it was half and hour before sunset at the park.
