Dog Walking/Cat Visits: Vancouver, BC

This guys walks dogs every day, twice a day. He works for a dog walking company. The sign on the backpack says:

Dog Walking
Cat Visits

A couple of years ago, he used to have this sign on the front and an even bigger sign on his back. Basically he was a ‘sandwich board man’ and walking about 7km (4 miles) with these huge signs. Now, it’s easier to walk with just the smaller sign on his backpack.

I have seen him walking as many as a dozen dogs at a time.

Now for the cat visits. Does he visit them with the dogs?
