Is Anybody Going To Play With Me?

This dog is a ‘big’ mix of at least a boxer and a pitbull. Dave, his owner, is sure that there are other breeds involved.

Tong or Tongue, (I think that’s his name), was carrying his ball and dropping it at almost everybody’s feet so they would throw the ball for him. That’s everybody except me. I’d like to think that it’s because of my own dog that was standing next to me.

My dog doesn’t play. I have tried. We got him a couple of tennis balls to play with. So before I would throw the tennis balls at the park, I tried the tennis balls in the house. I took one of his tennis balls and threw it to the end of the living room. He went to get it, he picked it up, looked at me and gave me a “dirty look”, then he took “his” ball and put it back under the cat tree with his other toys. So I gave up…
