Always Time for a Good Scratch: Vancouver, BC

This chocolate Lab is scratching herself. The problem is that she’s not scratching because she’s itchy, she’s scratching herself because she doesn’t know/understand what she should do.

Her owner made her sit so I could take the photo.

My camera is making her uncomfortable and she doesn’t want to look at me or at my dog. Instead of closing her eyes like many other dogs do, she turns around by scratching herself and hopes that that the uncomfortable situation will be gone by the time she’s finished.
