Cats

Some animals exude confidence.

Chester is a ‘cool’ cat. Not much phases him. He is very interested in people. Chester doesn’t hiss, Chester doesn’t scratch, Chester doesn’t bite. I like Chester.

People adopt dogs. The bonding happens during the walk. Dogs will bond with the person because of the shared experience of going for the hunt walk.

People do not adopt cats. People think that they have adopted a cat, but that’s not what’s happening. It’s that cat that adopts the person. If not, then, the person is just their meal ticket.

How to test to know if your cat has adopted you?

  1. Take the cat in your arms.
  2. Put the cat on his/her back.
  • If your cat has adopted you, the cat will stay there, just like that on its back for a while.
  • If your cat hasn’t adopted you, the cat will immediately twist back to its normal position.
